We seek an enthusiastic Senior Service Desk Analyst with solid troubleshooting skills, quick learning, strong communication, patience and a positive attitude.
This is a great opportunity for a mid to senior-level Support Analyst looking to develop skills further in a new and exciting industry.
Work will be primarily at our Head Office in Milton QLD, with occasional on-site client visits.ResponsibilitiesProviding first-line level 2 & 3 technical support via phone, email, or remote access supporting both Australia and New Zealand businessesTroubleshooting and resolving common IT issues on Windows servers/desktops/laptops, Azure, Backups, Office 365, Audiology Software, mobile devices and other key business applications within agreed SLA'sTroubleshooting, configuring and maintaining Servers/VMware and networking devices as requiredLiaising with Level 3 global resolver groups to manage and maintain communication with usersOnboarding and off-boarding IT users and driving continuous process improvementsAssisting with systems setups, maintenance and IT projectsKnowledge transfer and training of other Service Desk and usersCreating and maintaining IT Knowledge Base documentation and support articlesAttending client sites for further troubleshooting and installations as requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT or relevant working experienceMinimum 4-5 years' experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment1-2 years' System admin & infrastructure support - troubleshooting on servers/network etc1-2 years' Server Admin/VMware and backupsProven troubleshooting and analytical skills using a methodical approach to problem solvingOutstanding customer service ethic with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersStrong desktop support skills including Windows 11, MS Office 365, SharePoint, networking, hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, AV equipment and conferencing tools, etc)Experience with Managing Azure Intune and desktop buildsEligibilityApplicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand to be considered for this role.Who We AreAt WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
