Position description
We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time receptionist/data entry clerk to join our vibrant team in Mildura. This will be an interesting role, supporting the current team in several areas as required. Full training will be given in all areas.
You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
Reception Duties
* Data Entry of patient information onto the main computer system, adhering to strict guidelines and maintaining quality and confidentiality
* Answering inbound and outbound calls
* Liaising with Medical Clinics and Private Hospital staff
* Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health environment
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
* Conducting office duties and other clerical duties, as required
* Being proficient, motivated and highly organised, with great attention to detail
Courier Duties
* Collecting specimens from DHM collection sites and delivering back to the Laboratory
* Delivering reports and collecting specimens from Medical Clinics
SRA Duties
* Sorting patient samples
* Following strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all samples are accurately labelled and archived
* Entering the data of specimens received
* Packaging blood and non-blood samples for transportation
