Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless treatment experience.
Responsibilities:
* Assist dentists with chairside procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment
* Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment
* Conduct instrument sterilization and maintain infection control standards
Manage patient records, book appointments, and answer phonesMeet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impressionSupport treatment coordination and patient flow
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 12+ months experience in reception or customer-facing roles (dental reception experience ideal but not essential)
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not required)Eager and motivated to learn dental assisting on the jobExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganized with great attention to detail
