Service Lines
Customer and Operations Advisory
Our Customer and Operations Service Group helps companies improve customer experience and enhance their operations. Services include Customer Experience Transformation, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Management, Service Delivery Transformation, Business Process Management and Enterprise Performance Management.
Finance Advisory
Our Finance Advisory team offers a range of services to support the optimal performance of finance functions, helping clients operate efficiently and effectively to drive profitability and achieve strategic objectives in line with regulations and strong governance principles.
Workforce & HR Advisory
To address the evolving HR landscape, our Workforce & HR Advisory team offers services to ensure client businesses are agile and adaptable. Offerings include Powered HR Transformation, Job Architecture, Future of HR and Work, Workplace Relations Advisory, Learning and Development and Performance Management Design.
Sourcing & Procurement Advisory
Our Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team helps design, build and optimise service delivery models for corporate services that enable strategic objectives such as customer satisfaction, productivity, cost reduction and quality improvement. Models can include shared/global services or third-party sourcing.
Policy, Economy & Public Impact
Our Policy, Program and Evaluations team helps clients tackle complex issues to deliver positive public impact and better futures while learning from the past and planning for the present.
Transformation Delivery
Our Transformation Delivery team helps clients transform in meaningful and sustainable ways by providing transformation and program management leadership and insights. We manage transformation programs and projects using proven techniques, processes and enabling technologies.

* You are a project management pro with the ability to see projects from beginning to end, including establishing project details, baselines, milestones, work breakdown structures and resource planning.
* You are tuned in to business development opportunities, with confidence creating effective sales material including proposals, case studies and sector-specific material.
Your Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, qualifications, skills & experience could include:
Customer and Operations Advisory
* Experience or exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, Systems Thinking, TQM or MOS
* Expertise in translating business and customer needs into process and operation design requirements, with experience implementing designs in core and enabling processes
* Understanding of customer journeys and personas for innovative experiences
* Experience with design thinking and structured thinking to develop ideas for implementation
* Excellence mindset with ability to drive process, operational or organisational improvements
* Understanding of CRM tools, customer analytics and/or data management to drive insights for customer management strategies
Finance Advisory
* Experience in Financial transformation, shared services and outsourcing with understanding of ERP implementation, management and budgeting
* Expertise in finance technology implementation, data and analytics, and process improvement
Workforce & HR Advisory
* Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, culture, stakeholder engagement, leadership capability development, HR optimisation and/or workplace relations
* Experience leading projects or streams in transformational environments with stakeholder management and aligned reform deliverables
* Understanding of HR legislation and strategy to apply best practice
* Active participation in knowledge sharing and culture-building activities
* Developing thought leadership for internal/external publication
Sourcing & Procurement Advisory
* Experience in sourcing technology services in a consulting or outsourcing context
* Understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and Australian market trends among Tier 1/2 providers
* Experience developing service delivery strategies, end-to-end sourcing processes (RFPs), negotiating service agreements, transition support, vendor management and due diligence
Transformation Delivery
* Experience in technology-enabled transformation programs (e.g., EAM or ERP), energy transition or customer digital transformations is beneficial
* Knowledge of Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe methodologies (or equivalent)
* Proven experience designing and establishing portfolio/program/project management functions
Please note, salary ranges are $60k - $200k+ depending on experience. Employment types include Casual, Max-Term Full-Time, Max-Term Part-Time, Permanent Full-Time & Permanent Part-Time.
