Who You Are
· A self-motivated leader who can inspire a small but mighty team (you'll be guiding our talented Wedding Coordinator and Conference & Events Coordinator)
· Minimum 1-2 years of team leadership experience required
· Results-driven with a hunger for operational and financial success
· A sales-savvy ideas person—creative, commercial and always thinking one step ahead
· Someone who thrives on building personable, meaningful relationships with our clients
· Someone who has experience with Opera or a similar PMS is a big plus—but not essential
· Minimum 1-2 years of conference and events management experience required
What You'll Do
· Lead the Conference & Events Sales Team with passion, clarity and purpose
· Champion innovation—design packages, refresh processes and chase new opportunities
· Drive sales performance while ensuring our long-term clients feel valued and remain loyal
· Provide clear, concise communication to the Operations Team
· Bring energy and personality to a role that's as dynamic as you are
· Minimum 1-3 years of hospitality industry experience required
