The Role
As Sales Manager, reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will lead the Hyundai sales department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving sales performance and closing deals
* Leading by example and mentoring your team
* Managing manufacturer relationships and customer engagement
* Overseeing department operations including stock control, fleet sales, advertising, lead management, and staff training
* Achieving and exceeding NPS and other key performance indicators
