Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities operations, providing front of house support and acting as a concierge to our Brisbane office.
The role includes managing the scheduling and maintenance of all meeting rooms and bookable assets, coordinating hospitality logistical arrangements for meetings, and providing support services to visiting Bentley Executives. You will also be responsible for ensuring colleagues have a safe and professional work environment, managing courier shipping/receiving, and general mail requirements daily.
As a key member of the Facilities team, you will work closely with the Finance department to ensure timely bill paying and problem-solving. You will also be responsible for hiring vendors and working with Landlords to resolve issues and manage ongoing Facilities services.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to coordinate with outside agencies for services. You will be highly organized and analytical, with the ability to do research, organize information, report findings, and make sound decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
