We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

About the role

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be a friendly first point of contact for our clients, directing phone enquiries and responding to emails about our services in a helpful manner. You will also coordinate bookings, perform data entry and manage appointment processing, while conducting basic assessments of client service needs as necessary. A high level of customer service is required for this role, along with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.

This opportunity is located at our Shepparton centre. This is a casual opportunity, and the successful candidate will also support our administrative teams across our other regional centres via remote work. The hourly rate is $48.93-$50.31 per hour, inclusive of 25% casual loading.

About you

* Office Administration certificate and/or previous experience in a similar administration capacity.
* Competent in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new programs and business systems with ease.
* Experienced in answering high volume inbound calls and delivering high quality customer service.
* High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained.
