Customer Experience Specialist
Beyond Bank Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with our Customer Ownership Strategy. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing local customer-owned banking services to new and existing customers
* Proactively connecting customer needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills
* Completing Beyond Bank's Lending Accreditation program to assist members with personal and home lending needs
* Managing general enquiries and providing sound advice and information to customers
* Contributing to a high-achieving team environment with a strong work ethic
* Managing customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
* Collaborating with specialists to deliver the best solution for customers
