You'll ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity, assist with provisioning, manage hardware, apply security updates, and resolve network issues for end users. You will also maintain documentation and support both operational and project-based networking activities.Who are we looking for:Must have:Australian CitizenshipClass C Driver LicenceNV1 Security clearanceTechnical skills & experience:Proven experience supporting LAN, WAN, and wireless environmentsInstallation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs)Experience working across multi-vendor environments (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, HP)Strong troubleshooting skills using structured approaches (e.g. OSI model)Experience applying security patches, firmware updates, and managing firewall rulesKnowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Nagios, CheckMK)Ability to maintain network diagrams, IPAM, and technical documentationStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable:5+ years' experience in a Network Technician roleRelevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA Network+, A+)If you are interested in a new opportunity please click 'APPLY NOW' and someone from The Network will be in touch.
