Job Title: Account Executive - Australian National Security and Defence Team
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Australian National Security and Defence team, where you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key national security accounts in Australia.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
2. Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.
3. Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
4. Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
5. Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
6. Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
7. Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services as well as best practices implementations.
8. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
About You
* 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
* 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
* Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance.
