About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Officer with a focus on learning & development and training, to join an established HR team.
- About you:
The business requires someone who is both encouraging and assertive, to ensure employees complete their required training. You'll also:
- Have a HR degree and/or at least 3 years' experience in a HR setting;Be a detail-oriented person with a passion for people and development; andBe driven to ensure compliance and best practice for Council's needs.
- This is a generalist HR role that will have an emphasis on organisational development, and the advancement of people skills and their professional ability. However you will also get involved in most other facets of the HR spectrum as you will be assisting the HR team and the various Directors with all matters pertaining to people.
