We're looking for a Roadside Responder/Auto Technician to join us at Toowoomba, QLD.

In this role, you'll be the hero of someone's bad day. As the friendly face of Club Assist, you'll provide professional, supportive roadside assistance to members and customers of a local motoring club in Toowoomba.
If you're an auto electrician or mechanic who's great with customers and who enjoys being on the road, this role is for you
What we're looking for:
* Self starter with a can-do attitude
* Qualified mechanic/automotive electrician, with a Motor Vehicle Trade Certificate.
* Current unrestricted QLD Driver's Licence
* Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships
* Battery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry knowledge, not mandatory but desirable
* Available for weekend or evening work
* You're reliable, organised and punctual, and have great attention to detail
* Committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards.
What you'll do:
* Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside, and sell and install batteries, as required.
* Provide trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers
* Deliver and promote our services, efficiently and professionally
* Account for all stock movements on a daily basis.
* Ensure our policies and processes, including ensuring your financial and administrative records are kept up to date
* Maintain cleanliness and working order of all Roadside Assistance company vehicles and facilities, tools, equipment and report any faults or damage
