Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales team with crucial administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding front-of-house service to customers, visitors, and staff.
* Provide general office administration support, including supplies, mail, visitor enquiries, and schedules.
* Maintain accurate records, data entry, and document control across our Sales CRM and inventory systems.
* Manage and update listing platforms to ensure accurate sales details and presentation.
* Coordinate and organise central sales content, including brochures, masterplans, photography, and digital media.
* Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, banks, finance brokers, and sales networks.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
* Support sales and marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
* Contribute to team meetings, strategy sessions, and operational workshops.
* Maintain high standards of presentation across reception, sales offices, and display homes.
* Over time develop into a sales role, including enquiry management, product presentation, inspections, negotiation, and conversions.

Requirements:
* A desire to build a long-term career in residential property and home construction.
* Prior experience in sales or administration (real estate, home building, automotive, legal, finance, government or similar highly regarded).
* Strong organisation, planning, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Confidence with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and other sales/property software (REA, Domain, EziPlans, Property Shell etc.).
* High-level communication and problem-solving skills.
* Immaculate personal presentation and a friendly approachable attitude.
* Willingness to work rotational weekends and be flexible with ad hoc team support.
* Current Australian driver's licence.
