Job Role

As a Case Manager, you will collaborate with families to identify and prioritize their needs.


Main Responsibilities

* Develop strategies for families experiencing difficulties
* Assess safety and protection concerns in homes
* Create personalized plans to address child welfare issues
* Communicate effectively with service providers
* Manage a caseload of families independently


Key Requirements

* University degree in human services or related field
* Working knowledge of domestic violence issues and community resources
* Proven ability to negotiate with service providers
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective written communication
