Veolia has an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Administration Coordinator to join the Whyalla Industrial Services team.

What you'll be responsible for
Manage weekly payroll data entry and processing validation.
Oversee and process customer and supplier invoices.
Client and billing reporting.
Monitor client payment process to minimise overdue invoices.
Plan Roster for Whyalla IS & Whyalla Scaffolding.
Create and manage purchase orders.
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees including inductions and system setups.
Ensure compliance with Veolia and client policies and procedures and quality management standards
What you'll need to be successful
Extensive administration experience in an operational environment.
A current drivers licence with reliable transport.
A high level of computer literacy. Google Suite experience is highly regarded.
A willingness to participate in professional development training.
An established level of interpersonal skills that allows for effective stakeholder conversations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and national police check.
