The Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our director and senior account managers by:
* Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs through proactive networking and sourcing quality candidates.
* Executing candidate attraction strategies for priority roles, conducting video interviews, and presenting 'decision-ready' candidates.
* Generating contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM) and managing your contract portfolio, including safety and compliance.
* Assisting business development managers with lead generation and market insights to drive growth.
