About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse commercial portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while identifying opportunities to enhance asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of commercial properties (retail, office, and industrial)
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Oversee lease administration, renewals, and rent reviews
* Coordinate maintenance and compliance requirements
* Monitor arrears and financial performance
* Work collaboratively with our sales and residential teams
About You
* Proven experience in commercial property management
* Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
