The Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Document Controller will be responsible for establishing and operating document control and records management processes and products in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures. You will ensure that the project complies with quality document control, records management procedures and meets compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
* Organising, managing, and maintaining company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity
* Facilitating easy retrieval of documents by employees, ensuring that essential documents are readily available for project planning.
* Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of documents and taking corrective actions when required
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate document-related communication and ensure seamless collaboration across all departments.
* Ensuring that all documents adhere to relevant regulatory standards and internal policies
* Identifying and implementing document management process improvements
* Co‐administer company EDMS tool
* Provide training and guidance to employees and key internal/external stakeholders on document control processes and best practices
Requirements
* 5 to 10 years' experience in document control or related capacity.
* Exposure to large, greenfield infrastructure projects highly regarded.
* Strong Proficiency in Aconex, InEight & MS Suite required.
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
