Lead Service Manager | Regional Operations

The requirements | Essential skills and qualifications:
* Current registration with AHPRA and commitment to ongoing professional development
* Demonstrated leadership and operational management experience in residential care, including innovative resident lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives
* Extensive nursing experience at a senior level, including supervisory responsibilities and clinical oversight
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation of sensitive conversations
