Your Scope
* Assist with collating revenue reports and supporting documentation for internal, FMC, and external audits
* Support client audits and complete Groupe client reporting as required
* Ensure stakeholder invoices are raised timely and accurately with the Finance Assistant
* Follow up on outstanding job POs and manage reconciliations to ensure costs are reflected correctly
* Manage job closure processes in line with contractual obligations
* Complete new client setups and credit insurance requests
* Conduct retainer reconciliations for retained clients
* Monitor job profitability, WIP management, and JDR reviews with the Account Services team
* Ensure charge rates are accurate according to client contracts
* Provide approvals for accruals and deferrals as part of revenue recognition review
* Input into revenue rolling forecasts with job status and project phasing details
* Maintain client data integrity in Altair, including rate cards
* Support ad hoc client reporting and internal finance tasks as required
* Train new hires on Altair and respond to queries
* Build positive relationships with account teams
* Identify opportunities to improve internal efficiencies and processes
Skills & Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience using SAP
* Strong understanding of finance processes and compliance frameworks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing
* Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong critical thinking skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
* Process management expertise to ensure smooth workflows
* Perseverance and resilience in handling complex issues
* High integrity and accountability in all financial processes
