The Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Administration team member.
You'll provide essential administrative and marketing support to our Sales team while lending your skills to create engaging marketing content.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your administrative talents with your creative side, playing a vital role in our Gold Coast office's day-to-day operations and marketing efforts.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
We offer a flexible work schedule with core hours of 9 am to 2 pm, allowing you to tailor your workday to your needs.
This part-time position requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
What You'll Bring
* Administration Expertise:
o Proven experience in a corporate environment or similar role.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Marketing knowledge:
o Good understanding of social media marketing concepts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
o Willingness to learn and create content for social media platforms.
o A keen eye for design is a plus.
* Additional Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
o Australian work authorisation is required to apply for this position.
What You'll Do
* Marketing:
o Produce marketing assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that are consistent with Knight Frank's brand and identity.
o Mark-up photography according to Knight Frank guidelines for marketing purposes.
o Manage and maintain Knight Frank Gold Coast's social media presence (posting, responding to comments, etc.).
o Compile Marketing Submissions and other Marketing material.
* Administration:
o Assist Sales team with administrative tasks and processes.
o Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
o Provide general office support, including printing, scanning, and photocopying.
