Job Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects. This includes ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of personnel and sub-contractors
* Monitor and report on project progress
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
* Provide hands-on support and guidance to the construction team
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methods
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the landscaping/construction industry
* Strong working knowledge of landscaping/construction methods, materials, and equipment
* Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Current driver's license (HR desirable), Construction Industry card, Posi, and Excavator ticket certifications
