Supporting Independence in Children's Services
We are seeking passionate Support Workers to deliver tailored support in a variety of settings. The role includes assisting daily activities and fostering independence, with a focus on community participation. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Foster independence by encouraging individuals to take control of their lives and make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Disability and excellent teamwork skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality support services while maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries.
