We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised School Nurse Manager to lead the operations of our Health Centre and Wellbeing Centre. This leadership role is central to supporting the health and wellbeing of our Boarding and Day students, while also managing and mentoring the nursing team across both Junior and Senior School.
This role is part-time (approximately 0.8FTE) commencing January 2026.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Recent experience in school nursing or paediatric nursing (desirable)
* Proficiency in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, asthma and anaphylaxis
* High level customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Synergetic and SEQTA databases (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work withing established guidelines
* Well organise, flexibly and able to work independently and collaboratively
* Discreet and professional handling of confidential information
