Learning and Capability Lead
This role leads the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive review of the agency's capability framework.
* Integrate it with the Learning Management System and performance processes.
* Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the job family framework.

* Demonstrated expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
* Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
* Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
