Position: Part-Time Retail Assistant
Role Overview
You will be involved in the customer's journey from pre-testing equipment to dispensing and providing customised frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with pre-testing eyewear equipment
* Dispense and customise frames and lenses
* Provide high‐quality customer service and maintain store appearance
* Support sales targets and product promotions

* Retail experience – optical desired but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a quick learner
