Overview
Our charity is based on a self funded model. We can\'t rely on government or corporate funding as they are highly unpredictable and unreliable.
Responsibilities
* In this role, you will:
o Support individuals in developing daily living and functional skills
o Provide strategies and resources to improve independence at home, school, or work
o Work with clients living with disabilities, neurodivergence, or mental health challenges
o Collaborate with support workers, families, and staff to create tailored support plans
o Offer advice on equipment, routines, or modifications as needed
Qualifications
* What we\'re looking for:
* Qualified Occupational Therapist (or final-year student under supervision)
* Understanding of diverse needs, including those with invisible disabilities
* Friendly, empathetic, and client-focused approach
* Current registration (AHPRA), Working With Children Check and/or Police Check may be required
