Delivery Manager
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead the timely delivery of key programs, ensuring optimal performance at our Mornington Depot. As a Delivery Manager, you will have the chance to work alongside senior leaders, foster team growth, build strong relationships, and drive success.

Responsibilities:
* Manage personnel according to Zinfra policies, ensuring only qualified individuals are assigned to tasks.
* Ensure ongoing performance management of the Overhead Distribution team, addressing issues promptly.
* Provide guidance for safe and timely delivery of connections and appointment work, meeting client expectations and legislative requirements.
* Consult with counterparts to ensure resourcing ability meets works program demands.
* Capture and report relevant data from the field.
* Motivate direct and indirect reports to deliver work within scope, timeframe, budget, and quality.
* Evaluate resource capability, skill sets, and volume to service forecasted work efficiently and safely.
* Adequately manage internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers using Zinfra's processes and procedures.
* Ensure efficient programming to meet or exceed Zinfra and customer requirements.
About You:
* Proven ability to drive a safety culture and implement improved safety processes.
* Familiarity with Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Effective cost centre management within approved budget guidelines, sharing resources for capital projects and achieving CAPEX & OPEX targets.
* Demonstrated competency in utilizing resources and matching workforce capability and capacity for delivery.
* Experience in planning or strategy.
* Proven experience managing field teams.
