About the Role
We are searching for a Revenue and Distribution Analyst to join our team in Sydney. You will be responsible for working alongside the Global Revenue and Distribution Manager and wider team in developing, managing and growing revenue and distribution through multiple channels. The ideal candidate would need to be comfortable working with various data sets, being able to create bespoke models and share key insights. You should have a good understanding of various channel management systems, OTA’s and the GDS.
Responsibilities
* Develop a robust pricing and inventory strategy alongside the Director of Revenue Performance and the Global Revenue and Distribution Manager
* Conducting regular analysis to understand current trends as well as insights that would drive profitability and/or efficiencies
* Channel management of various OTA’s, including listings, pricing and any relevant restrictions
* Ability to work on ad hoc projects as the business scales, to provide best practices or departmental recommendations
* Develop and implement procedures and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue and distribution data
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that revenue and distribution processes are integrated well with other business functions
* Consistently evaluating our existing processes to ensure ongoing operational efficiency
What We Look For
* 3+ years experience in an analytical role
* Solid understanding of revenue management principles
* Knowledge of online distribution channels and experience with distribution software is desirable (e.g SiteMinder, STAAH)
* Experience with Property Management systems is desirable
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational, written and communication skills
