**What you'll do**
As a Store Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets, you are managing a large team of direct and indirect reports across various departments.
- Empower, coach, build capability, and unlock diverse skill sets within the store team
- Plan and respond effectively to ensure a safe and compliant store environment
- Make sound, data-led decisions with a deep understanding of customers and operational leavers
- Effectively manages the store P&L and accurately forecasts resource demandsConfidently navigate through different tech platforms; devices, computer programs, systems, and reporting
**What you'll bring**
You will bring a strong Retail Leadership background, with a passion for team, customers, and results.
- Self-aware of their leadership style, strengths, and areas of opportunity
- Eager to learn and invest in own development
- Leading through an analytical mindset, while maintaining a humanistic lens
- The ability to lead and embed change with commercial and operational accountability
- Prior experience managing multiple initiatives with clear prioritisation and time management
