We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic professional to coordinate employee development programs, enhance training efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous learning across diverse teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing purchase orders, sales orders, training scheduling, development pathways program administration, training requests, and supplier contracts.
* Manage training documentation and reporting Training Requests
* Entry of Training Records in the Learning Management System
* Maintain supplier register and training documentation / reporting
* Support the implementation of new training initiatives and programs
* Provide timely and effective administrative services and maintain effective information flows, filing and data systems
* Raising Sales and Purchase Orders
* Recommendations for training suppliers and courses upon request
* Maintenance of the SharePoint page structure, and internal facing pages
* Submit applications for eligible incentives related to training contracts
* In-house training management
* Scheduling and Maintaining Classes within the Learning Management System
* Room set up and catering Issue Certificates
* Provide support for virtual training sessions, including technical setup and troubleshooting
