About the Role:
We seek an exceptional customer service professional to provide day-to-day support to our clients.
This role involves being the primary point of contact for established clients' issues, providing software application support and problem resolution within set service level agreements.
You will also be involved in maintaining customer relationships, developing knowledge base articles and assisting with training material development.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
