Key Responsibilities
* General civil labouring duties across active construction sites
* Assisting plant operators, trades and supervisors
* Manual handling, trenching, spotting and site preparation works
* Set up and pack down of job sites in line with site requirements
* Completion of pre-starts, JSEAs and other site documentation
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work site
* Adhering to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements
About You
* Previous civil construction or utilities experience preferred but not essential
* Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
* Strong safety awareness and positive attitude
