**The Role**: 
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Clerk to join our Melbourne office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receipting of trust monies, invoices, and bank reconciliations 
- Trust transfers and daily payment runs (cheques and EFTs) 
- Data entry and filing 
- Staff reimbursements and processing office invoices 
- Responding to internal and supplier queries 
- Liaising with internal departments
