Conference and Events Sales Executive Role
* Create personalized sales materials and proposals, and follow up to confirm and secure bookings.
* Partner with event coordinators to ensure every element is perfectly planned.
* Organize and lead site inspections that inspire confidence in our spaces.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop compelling event collateral such as conference kits and promotional content.
* Maintain strong, professional client relationships through clear communication and accurate database management.
* Work closely with departments across the hotel to guarantee seamless planning and flawless execution of each event.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the hospitality industry and hold a tertiary degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field. They will possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
