Your Day-to-Day
- Leading and mentoring trades and apprentices onsite
- Supporting the Site Manager and running sections of projects
- Ensuring quality finishes are delivered to the highest standard
- Reading and interpreting plans with precision
- Driving site productivity while maintaining a safe, positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Carpentry trade background – solid, hands-on experience is a must
- Proven exposure to high-end residential builds
- Eye for detail and pride in your workmanship
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
