We are seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team at the CQ Skin Cancer Centre on a casual basis. This role is for approximately 32 hours per fortnight, with ability to cover sick and annual leave as necessary. Shift hours may fall between Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting patients
* Scheduling appointments and pro‑actively coordinating the appointment book
* Accurately entering patient data
* Processing payments
* Managing phone and email queries
* Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
Qualifications
* Customer focused and make patient care the top priority
* A strong team player who positively contributes to work culture
* Approachable, reliable and dependable
* Willing to go the extra mile when required
* Experienced in admin/reception
* Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
* Authorised to work in Australia
