Casual Revenue Officer Opening at SALHN!
As a Casual Revenue Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial well‑being of SA Health's Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. Your responsibilities will span accounts receivable processing, debt recovery management, and accurate revenue collection – pivotal functions that keep our healthcare operations running smoothly.

About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Recovery and Receipting Ops, some of your duties as the Casual Revenue Officer may involve:
- Hospital Billing and Private Practice administration processes.
- Generation of claims from Medicare, Health Funds and other third parties.
- Collection of cash and debtors.
- Processing of approved debt waivers and write‑offs.
About you:
- Previous experience in identifying customer needs, development of service strategies, provision of quality customer service.
- Experience in the use of Spreadsheet Applications.
- Demonstrated experience in use of computerised accounting and billing systems that are relevant to hospital or medical billing and receipting functions.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
