Recruitment Advisor

Charles Hull Contracting is a Western Australian Company with a rich 60-year history of experience in earthmoving, civil construction and mining industries. We offer a range of services including road constructions, residue area construction, transport, load and haul, drill and blast and plant maintenance. We have over 800 employees around Western Australia with a head office in Waroona, Western Australia.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Recruitment Advisor to support recruitment across the business and help ensure Charles Hull Contracting attracts and secures the talent required.

In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, provide practical recruitment advice, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across a range of operational and corporate roles.

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, from hiring manager brief through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with workforce planning and organisational priorities.

A key focus for our team is securing the right resources for the business, not simply filling vacancies. You'll play an important role in identifying and engaging the right talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and helping ensure Charles Hull Contracting has the capability required to support our long-term success.

About You:

You have experience delivering recruitment outcomes in a mining, resources or heavy industry environment and enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and secure the right people for the business.
You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.

Our HR team work in a highly collaborative and supportive way, so it’s important that you are a team player who is willing to step in, offer help to others and remain flexible when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

* 2-3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within mining, resources or heavy industry
* Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment processes
* Experience in direct sourcing and building candidate pipelines
* Coordinate all mobilisations and compliance requirements, including DAS testing and pre-employment medicals.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation as it relates to recruitment
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Experience using HR systems and recruitment platforms.
