Business Analyst – Payroll Systems
Contract Role | Large-Scale Implementation Project
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major payroll system implementation in a large organisation. You'll play a key role in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and supporting testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business and system requirements (waterfall environment)
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture needs from stakeholders
* Map processes and write clear procedure manuals and supporting documentation
* Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment
* Provide support throughout the testing phase
* Collaborate with Payroll SMEs and related teams (e.g. rostering, workforce planning)
About You
* Experience working in a Payroll team is essential
* Proven experience in payroll system implementation in a large organisation
* Experience with ADP payroll systems is highly desirable
* Solid understanding of HR functions such as core HR and onboarding is a plus
* Strong facilitation and communication skills
* Great listener and confident communicator
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
* Team player, adaptable, and happy to support SMEs when needed
