Job Title: Defence Sector Lead
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in the defence sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can create and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and update comprehensive sales plans that outline short and long-term objectives
* Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building
* Develop robust bid solutions that cover design, program, and project delivery methodologies
* Respond to requests for expressions of interest (EOIs), pre-qualifications, proposals (RFPs) and tenders
* Manage the process of selecting, preparing and submitting bids
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sales or business development
* A bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or Civil Engineering
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
