About The Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, innovative fine dining experiences while supporting the continued evolution of our culinary offering.
In This Role, You Will
* Deliver refined and high‐quality dishes within a fine dining environment.
* Collaborate on menu planning and contribute creative culinary ideas.
* Supervise and mentor apprentice chefs and kitchen staff.
* Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety and presentation.

Hours Of Work
* Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
* Friday: 10:30am - 9:00pm
* Parliament Sitting Weeks (approx. 15 per year): Monday - Friday 10:30am–9:00pm
* Optional weekend work available to support functions

About You
We\'re seeking someone who is excited by fine dining and passionate about elevating Queensland produce.
You Will Have
* A trade qualification as a Chef and at least 2 years\' experience in a comparable role.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* A passion for innovation, native ingredients and premium local produce.
