About the Role
We are urgently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy servicing projects in the resources and infrastructure sector. This role is ideal for someone based in Adelaide or open to relocating, with a strong background in cost management, tender evaluation, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare Bills of Quantities and remeasure works for remeasurement-type contracts.
* Review tender submissions and prepare evaluation and recommendation reports.
* Assess drawings, specifications, and design changes to identify commercial impacts.
* Prepare and manage variation and claim documentation.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms and support risk mitigation strategies.
* Assist in procurement and subcontract management activities.
* Maintain accurate contract and cost records to support project reporting.
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within construction or mining projects.
* Strong understanding of contract administration, cost management, and procurement processes.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
* Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying
