Responsibilities
* Providing bookkeeping and payroll services to a range of clients.
* Reconciliation and payment of superannuation.
* Bank transaction reconciliation.
* Prepare and review monthly BAS/IAS and quarterly BAS.
* Provide other general assistance to our accountants.
* Provide guidance and support to junior members of the bookkeeping team.
* Acting as a dedicated account manager and point of contact for clients.
About You – Skills and Experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero & MYOB
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Minimum Requirements
* Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping in Australia or relevant qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
* Ability to pass a functional pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
* Hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
* Be health, safety and environmentally conscious
* The ability to make practical decisions under pressure
