East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited small rural health service across five campuses encompassing five communities of Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St Arnaud and Wycheproof, in North Western Victoria.
Applications are invited for the Planned Activity Group (PAG) Assistant to join our Community Health Team at our Charlton Campus on a permanent part time basis.
PAG Assistant's work with the PAG Coordinator in developing and delivering an appropriate PAG program for clients living in the community to enhance their health and wellbeing.
A range of programs are run and often involve day outings.
Amongst other skills, the successful applicant will have previous experience working with the elderly and/or the disabled, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and visitors.
A current Victorian Driver's license is essential.
