The role
As an Inventory and Logistics Officer, you will play a pivotal role working in collaboration with operational teams, clinical staff, and external suppliers to ensure the efficient management, storage, and distribution of stock and equipment. This includes, but not limited to:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records via the Company's newly implemented stock management system
* Coordinate and record all incoming and outgoing goods/deliveries
* Monitor and track demand to ensure timely replenishment
* Ensure appropriate stock rotation to minimise waste
* Reconcile all purchase orders and supplier invoices
* Support the setup and delivery of materials and/or equipment for projects or clinic operations
* Manage the Company's Asset Register to track the location and condition of equipment
* Work closely with the Fleet Manager and assist with overseeing the support vehicles
About you
As an Inventory and Logistics Officer, you will take pride in your ability to keep systems running efficiently and support team needs proactively. You will hold a current Australian manual licence and ideally, you will have the following:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of safe storage, transport, and disposal protocols (especially for medications or sensitive stock)
* Proficient with inventory systems and Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in inventory management will be highly regarded but not essential
