Territory Sales Manager – Hobart, Tasmania. This role works with current and future customers across the state, focusing on understanding customer challenges and identifying tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
Location: Hobart, Tasmania.
Responsibilities
* Identify and drive new opportunities within the market, focusing on solutions, new customers, and segments.
* Activate and utilize sales processes to manage a 12‐month rolling order book and pipeline with both existing and new customers.
* Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, market and industry trends.
* Achieve territory and team objectives aligned with the region and Sales Incentive Scheme targets.
* Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
* 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in an industrial sector.
* Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape sales direction.
* Understanding of sales process methodology and ability to apply it.
* Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
* Positive and influential presence in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate product or offer features and benefits into a value proposition.
* Experience dealing with stakeholders across Tier 1–3 customers.
