As a Remote Solar Power Inverter Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their solar power systems.
About the Role
Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our ranks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on solar power systems and inverters. You will be required to travel to customer sites, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and analyze solar power inverters, as well as provide training and support to our customers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and analyzing solar power inverters
* Maintaining a detailed knowledge of inverter technology and accessories
* Providing training and support to customers on inverter operation and maintenance
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
* Requirements:
* Relevant electrical trade license (e.g., electrician's license)
* At least 5 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or network communications
* Broad experience in a customer service role for power generation products
* Certification in electrical safety (e.g., CEC accreditation)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
