Opportunity
With a brand new Leadership team on-board, we are looking for an experienced, progressive and energetic Events Manager to join our team. This hands-on-role would be the perfect fit for an innovative individual who has a strong eye for detail, sales focus and can demonstrate a high level of event execution for weddings, special in-house events, celebrations and meetings.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, and with the support of the offsite Group Sales and Marketing team, the successful applicant must be able to assist in developing cost market-aligned event offerings that respond to the evolving events landscape.
The Role
The full-time role will involve the development and operational delivery of all aspects of events within The Imperial at Clifton. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for all events and functions providing end-to-end sales, operational support and delivery.
Based at The Imperial at Clifton, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with both internal and external customers to ensure event specifications are executed to requirements – the planning, delivery and execution of all events.
- The timely and accurate distribution of all event related information to internal and external stakeholders.
- The operational delivery of key events including working evenings and weekends, as required.
- Meeting key sales targets including driving and developing new business whilst maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Delivering a energetic events schedule - from conception right to execution.
